Quise devolverlo y las instrucciones no fueron claras y no tuve opción que dejarlo ahí, doblado en una caja como llegó, dos tallas grande de lo que pedí y nada que ver la calidad. Pésimo producto. Un verdadero fraude. Un producto que por menos de $400 pesos pude haber comprado en México.

Fue una decepción la calidad que esperaba de RESISTOL… no cumplió mis expectativas… el tafilete no es de piel, no tiene forro interior, su toquilla muy pobre… su material muy burdo… hay mejores sombreros mexicanos a mejor precio… no vuelvo a comprar sombreros en Amazon

Fits just right, and well made. The Resistol hat is a not just a hat but a tool that helps, when you’re in the sun all day.The hat looks really sharp and is easy to form up to your liking. This hat stands up to the weather and keeps on being your head’s best friend.

Ordered two of these and one came perfect, the other not so much. Aside from the shipping issue, it’s great for the price. Lightweight and breathable, and it looks good. The coating on the straw makes it look and feel a little plastic-y, but it’s durable and good enough for a daily wear

Product not as per description. Not delivered in Stetson box, but in normal box with paper as support. No felt inner liner and product mishaped. Cheap imitation bamboo material and not wool as described. Not branded as desribed. Not recommended.

If this hat was true to size and fit, I would rate it five stars. Unfortunately it was at least 2 sizes too big though I ordered my usual size that I’ve reliably worn for many years. If I leaned forward, it would fall off and there is at least a quarter inch gap when I try this on. Other than that, it is a well constructed and beautiful hat that I would have liked to keep, but I had to return.

Unfortunately hat came damaged completely. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t pack in a box but they come in a bag. So if you want this hat keep in mind after waiting for a while to be shipped and arrived maybe damaged. Hat runs big as well I tried on same brand hats at local store so I would know the size. Still big I also don’t understand that either. Make your hats sizing the same acrosss the board guys. lol.
