Bought and had installed on a 2019 Toyota CHR. Fit perfectly and already used it on two road trips with a bike mount and a basket mount. Be sure to read instructions for installation as you need to use the included bolts when attaching.

Missing bolts and instructions to install. Very annoying! Product is heavy and a pain and really inconvenient to receive with missing pieces especially when I needed it today!

My CHR doesn’t have much space so we installed this and got the adapter for a cargo basket. When we went on vacation we unhooked the basket into a wagon so we could easily load and unload while in the room. So glad we got it!!

The one for my previous car was an easy self-install. This is far too complex for a do-it-yourself project. Their instructions have it as a 20 minute job for an experienced installer. I went to several of their recommended installers and they all said it would take about 2-3 hours to install. The entire rear bumper has to be removed and re-installed. It cost me a little over $200 to install. BTW I watched as the installers did the job, it actually took over 2 hours, and that was with the vehicle on a lift and at a couple of times there were two mem working on it.

The trailer hitch was easy to install. Removing and reinstalling the bumper on the Toyota C-HR was time consuming.There are multiple screws and bolts to take out and replace.
