I have a new range that has an air fryer option and comes with a large basket for air frying in the oven. None of my sheet pans were big enough for this basket to sit on in the oven to keep food from dropping into the oven as it cooks. I ordered this Cuisinart 21 inch baking sheet which solves my problem. It is large enough for the air fryer basket to sit on in the oven. It is also very sturdy and well made, as most Cuisinart products are. I am pleased with my purchase.

The pan is great but don't wash and just put it away. It will rust in the seams where the metal curls over. I have to hand wash and air dry it before putting it away. It is a great pan, doesn't warp, doesn't allow things to stick to it but you better let it air dry with the bottom on a mat so water doesn't stay in the seam.

I ordered this sheet pan because of the size, when it arrived I was a bit surprised at the 'heft' of it. It's a bit heavier than my other sheet pans but it's nice to have a pan that's so sturdy. The nonstick coating seems great so far, we've used this pan to make a variety of things and everything comes off easily. Next time I need to buy a sheet pan I'll definitely look for this one again.

I have only used a scotchbrite to pad clean this pan. This happened. There should be no reason for this. The finish stuck to food.

This is the first baking sheet I've ever had to buy myself, but I'm 100% glad that I did. Despite other people having issues with warping or rusting apparently, I haven't experienced that at all-- the material is thick and hasn't warped up to 450 degrees at least, and it's also very easy to handwash with how there never seems to be anything baked or cached into the pan, so even a mild amount of scrubbing is fine for even fairly messy foods.Very satisfied with the product so far.

Bought these for my June oven because the OEM pans began to lose their non-stick effectiveness after a couple years of near-daily use. These pans are great, heavy-duty weight, and for a while were doing wonderfully with most non-stick purposes. We've had two of these now for just over 4 months and they've been in daily use in rotation. Unfortunately the nonstick coating has begun to come off both pans. We've been careful with no metal utensils, scrubbing with nonstick safe sponges, and yet they just didn't last long at all. I can't recommend these for long-term regular use.

I bought this heavy baking sheet to replace an old one that was warped. I chose this one because I was under the impression that Cuisinart made quality products but I was wrong. Despite appearing nice and solid, this pan warped immediately. What a waste of money.
