Seems to work fine, although it's trivially easy to get the two tiny little screws cross-threaded. However, I've seldom felt more ripped-off in my life than paying over $100 CDN for two teensy little pieced of metal. Also, not very secure. All the attacker needs is the very small torx screwdriver to take it apart. I really should return this thing, but probably won't.

It didn't come with the cable to lock it with, only the mounting bracket that attaches to the MacBook Pro. I checked out other comments, and realized I'm not the first this has happened to.

While the adapter is solid and works on the Mac to provide a lock slot, Amazon is not including the actual cable. I order two of these after the first was delivered without a cable only to find the second was the same.

OOPS: neat idea! it is held in place with two bolts: its an innovative solution: but sadly while installing one of bolts ws broke off inside.. Seems like one will hold it. but shucks.. so be careful!!! (well more careful than i was!)

Tut was es soll, endlich kann ich das Macbook Pro 16 Zoll M1 mit nem Kensington-Schloss abschließen. Macht einen stabilen / sicheren Eindruck. Das Gerät wird so auf jeden Fall nicht einfach so mitgenommen.
