This is a quality connector, somewhat similar in design to the Amphenol GT series, but the material is not well characterized. On the manufacturer's webpage, there are pictures detailing the material. The pins are described as gold-plated copper alloy, which they do seem to be. The hardware is described as zinc alloy. Actually, the mating components look and feel like stainless steel. They are far too dense to be aluminum or zinc alloy. The gland nut section components seems to be entirely cast and are probably the zinc alloy the webpage describes.Even for a hobbyist or researcher, these details are not unimportant and should not be excluded. Additionally, I expect a downloadable PDF. Embedded pictures of text on a webpage is not acceptable documentation. CNLINKO, however large or small, can do better. I'm docking a star for inadequate documentation.
