Easy and fast to assemble
There are 4 pins "1,2,3,4" on aviation connector. "1,2,3 " connect to "U,V.W" of VFD , "4" connects to ground.
We offer pre-soldered wire with aviation connector that will be easy and fast to connect our spindle motor with VFD.
High quality compact VFD
110V, 1.5KW, 400HZ VFD(Inverter). It is single phase(input), 3 phase (output).
The VFD had been pre-programmed for basic parameters , you don't need to make extra setting up.
Our VFD is enable motor to achieve high torque in low speed rotation.

I was super excited to try out a spindle but didn’t want to spend the 1k for one of the name brands, well I got what I paid for. Shows up and the cable is way to short. I get it hooked up to see if it is going to work then I would work on getting a longer cord. I got it wired up after a little bit and plugged it in. As soon as I tried to spin it at minimum RPM it made a loud pop, sounds like a capaciter exploded followed bu the infamous white smoke. My first though was maybe I will get a better VFD, but on second thought I will just wait a little and just go with the trusted brand.

I was initially impressed with the spindle. However, in reading the reviews of other purchasers I found that they complained of a short cable so I ordered additional wire at an added cost. That was ok. I attempted to use a 1 inch surfacing bit and the spindle would not cut 1/8th of inch or .125 without stalling the spindle. I contacted the seller and their answer was to take a shallower cut. The reason I ordered the spindle was to replace my Makita router which had no problem taking a .125 cut with the surfacing bit. Very disappointed to find that I purchased an under powered spindle which I cannot return now.

For the price, it's great! The spindle is quiet and powerful. The vendor responds withing a day to questions about configuration and setup. The only downsides are:The included wire is WAY too short! No way would this wire be long enough for ANY machine. Why include a wire that will clearly never work? I bought a new shielded (the included wire is NOT shielded) and soldered it on to the included plug. Works fine, just a hassle.Second - the wrenches are complete garbage. They are stamped pot metal. I used them about 3 times before they started rounding off. So I just use a couple of wrenches that I had in the shop.2 small issues that prevent a 5 star rating.. but considering the competition is 3 times the price, I'm not going to complain too much.

Great kit and this company has really good communication and customer support. They helped me troubleshoot a few challenges I was having and they responded within a day every time! The spindle works wonderfully, and the programming is pretty straightforward, which is minimal as all the major settings are done at the factory. I can now control this spindle with Gcode which is awesome!!The only wish is that the spindle cord be longer. I had to extend mine by about 16 inches. Very happy with this!

While this motor is rated at 2.2Kw it has very little toque. This was a replacement for one that was involved in a surge and was damaged. Unless you want to make several very slow passes I would suggest something different. In doing so you will burn up your bit and or the wood you are routing. I have only used it a few times since I bought it and didn’t notice it on the first few times because I was ding some small detail work and didn’t try to push it. I sent several emails to seller and was told to go slower or buy a larger motor. The motor it replaced was a 2.2kw from a different manufacturer.

Works perfectly for me right out of the box. No programming needed, output matches as listed. Spindle goes to 24k rpm. 5/5 would purchase again if i had to. My only gripe is the wires, i would love to see shielded wires or atleast thicker insulation. Longer cord would be nice too.

I purchased a Sainsmart 4040 pro cnc, the supplied spindle was not what I expected. I upgraded to this spindle kit and I couldn't be happier. It took about 20 minutes to install the spindle and wire the VFD. All the wires were labeled and the spade connectors were already on the wires. The spindle is very quiet and has lots of power. This is a very professionally put together kit I would recommend it as an upgrade for any cnc machine. The seller also answers questions quickly. If you have been apprehensive about buying a spindle/VFD combination then this is the kit for you. Also I don't think you will find a better price anywhere.
