Applicable Engraving Materials

The Spindle motor is mainly suitable for NON-metallic engraving.For example: wood, plastic, acrylic, pvc, pcb, carbon fiber, density board and soft metal like copper, aluminum and the similar materials.

24000RPM/ER20 Collet and Nut/Four Bearings

• Unlike other square spindle motors of the same model that can only reach 18,000 rpm, the maximum speed of this spindle motor can reach 24,000 rpm.
• Precision crafted ER20 collet and nut, high precision and reduced the rate of knife breakage.
• Using optimized 7 series P4 grade 7002 and 7005 bearings, this series of bearings has strong hardness and rust resistance, as well as dynamic balancing technology, the actual runout off of the spindle is close to 0.01 mm, the precision tapered bore is less than 0.005mm, high precision and durable.

Air Cooling Methods

• Using a scientific fan design that can use air circulation to cool the heat generated by the spindle at high speed, the heat dissipation effect is better, and the smooth and stable operation of the spindle can be well improved. At the same time, there is no need for water pumps and water pipes, and the spindle is air-cooled and dissipated, making it more convenient to use.
• Wire Box

The upgraded version of the top junction box makes the spindle wiring simpler and safer. The wiring method of the spindle motor and the inverter is as follows:

1. VFD's U= Spindle's U1
2. VFD's V= Spindle's V1
3. VFD's W= Spindle's W1
4. Connect any 2pin terminal "R", "S" or "T" of the inverter to "220VAC".

Description of main circuit terminals

• L / N: Input power terminal, connected to singe-phase power
• U / V / W: Input output terminal, connected to three-phase motor
• DC+ / DC- : DC output + terminal, DC bus output terminal is used for connecting external brake unit or common DC bus system.
• DB: Brake output terminal, connecting brake resistor between DB and DC+
• PE: Earthing terminal, inverter housing earthing terminal must be earthed.

Key Board Description

1. SHIFT: Status monitor mode switch, parameter of third stage menu switch.
2. DIR: Change the running director of motor
3. ESC: Return to the starus of "ENTER"
4. UP: Parameter of fuction code, data increase, revise and select all kinds of modes
5. RUN: Run command
6. SET: Enter into menu, enter into parameter or parameter date writing confirm
7. DOWN: Parameter of fuction code, data decrease, revise and select all kinds of modes
8. STOP: Stop command / abnormal command
9. SPEED: Speed controller
