My husband and I got this for our daughter’s second birthday. She loves it. She’s a little short to get up without help but we put a little stool down and she’s so proud of herself climbing up.The install wasn’t great but between the video and the written instructions it could have been worse.

I couldn’t put this together right away so I put the bars on the slide and used it on the stairs. Worked well. When I finally had the opportunity to put the rest of this together I almost went mad.The directions were confusing, as in I read a sentence and the next section tells me a tip or a pre-step. This is one of those structures that needs 2 people to put together and you will make mistakes and you will have to redo things. I have pretty strong hands and it was infuriating to hand tighten the bolts. My power drill came to the rescue at the end, but Christ it was a pain. All I have to say is, the engineer or whoever invented this likes torture. Was it worth the effort and frustration? Only the smiles of my children will determine this. I imagine this structure will not stand the test of time as the paint chipped off the bottom blue bars. My husband said we will have to spray it down to avoid rust, which adds another step to the process.Do I recommend this? If you want something less expensive, that you can put together with someone else you want to infuriate, then yes. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid buying this one.

This is a wonderful idea however what cheap materials. I was putting this together and the bolts snapped in half, how is this safe for a child? I had to go by stainless steel bolts to make the whole structure safer. Also the instructions, IKEA has better instructions and these instructions were near to impossible to understand. I am not new by any means to reading instructions. My wife and I are extremely disappointed by this product.

The slide's agle isn't steep enough for kids to actually slide down. They may get about half way down before they stop sliding and just scoot or walk down the rest of the way. The climbing portion doesn't have flat pieces, only v shaped angles which can easily pinch feet, and they are too few (not enough levels of bars) to actually climb. Our kids mostly just use the bars at the top to hang off of or flip over. Definitely does not do what it appears to. The construction also took a very long time, and was complicated with lots of small parts. As I'm sure has been mentioned before, the green part in the middle is just a cloth tarp, and really should be a more bouncy, trampoline like surface instead.Pretty much the only 3 pros I can say for this item is that 1. It is ptetty lightweight. We have repositioned it a few times with relative ease (can do with one person). 2. It is very sturdy. We have had ours for over a year and a half or so, and nothing has broken. 3. Since it is not a high structure you don't have to worry as much about kids falling off. Older (preschool to early elementary) and younger (toddler) kids can both "enjoy" it...but are equally likely to get bored with it due to the aforementioned reasons.I would not buy again, nor would I recommend this item.

It turned out really nice. It's a nice thing to play on for energetic youngsters. BUT it is not easy to out together. You need two people to assemble it and it takes a bit of strength and frustration to put together.

First, I need to shout out to the company’s customer service. I got this as a birthday gift for my twin boys’ 7th birthday. However, when I was putting it together I found one of the pieces was defective. I messaged the company, frantic because the party was only a few days away. They responded quickly, mailed out a replacement part, and I had it in time to finish putting it together for the birthday party!I’m not going to say it was easy to put together...it was pretty challenging, but that is the nature of the product. The instructions were a little confusing at times, and my left/right yellow bars weren’t marked (so, of course, Murphy’s Law, I got it wrong the first time), but once I got them in correct position, it all came together.I specifically got this play set because one of my boys in in a wheelchair, but he loves slides. I can easily place him on the slide and guide him down or he can play on the mat while his twin brother can climb and slide and play with him. It isn’t too often I find something for both boys to play together since their physical abilities are so different. I think this will be a lasting activity for them for several years.

07/24/2024 Update: Still alive! Church kids abuse it every Sunday and Wednesday. No rips or breaks, only some stains! Best little climber ever!————————10/31/2020 Update: The climber has survived much use. I am glad that it has lasted.————————I like the product, it seems like it will be a fairly decent product that will see a fair amount of usage by our young church kids. Pros: We finally got it put together, seems to be fairly sturdy for small children. Cons: paint scratches easily, metal bends easily, instructions hard to read, 2+ hours to assemble, team effort assembly. Helpful tip: before putting the yellow bars inside the green canvas material and installing using the steps of the instructions, I suggest that you install the top pink bars first before the yellow bars. It made holding the structure a lot easier.

No way is this one person, easy assembly. This has been the worst assembly of anything I have ever put together, Paint comes off while parts touch just trying to put it together. Metal bends easily. I still have not finished putting it together and I am on day #4. I am waiting for help to try getting any further. Directions are not very clear with which way to turn the "x's".... By the way.. the should bend toward the center... Flatter ends toward the top.
