Bought 2 as gifts. Felt comfortable. Bought 3rd for myself- was wrapped in shipping tape!! Still haven’t used it- 1st of all tape leaves residue- not interested in hair sticking to it 🙄; &, couldn’t shake the feeling that it was a return- definitely do not want to sleep on something a stranger may have used 😣. Disappointed …..

As someone who has struggled with back and neck issues for years, finding the right pillow has been a constant challenge. I've tried numerous memory foam pillows in the past, but they always left me uncomfortable and with a kinked neck. However, I decided to give the HushNights cervical pillow a try due to its unique shape, and I'm so glad I did.From the moment I started using this pillow, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and reduction in daily neck pain. As with many of these foam products, they arrive compressed and having a manufacturing odor 'embedded' in it.I have learned that if I give it time to air out (in the garage), the odor tends to dissipate and I can provide a accurate and fair assessment of the product.So, I typically used the double roll style pillow for years. a smaller roll, a lower space and then a larger diameter roll would provide my neck with the ability to find a comfortable space. Needless to say, after using the other style for a long time, I was unsure how this would work.The first night I used it, I tried the 'ramp' side and found that the pillow was not comfortable for me. The next night, I went with the higher/more abrupt edge of the pillow and have been using it like that since. My wife is confounded how I can find that side of the pillow to provide me with a good night's sleep. But it does.Running through the features - comfort (4 stars) - it isn't really comfortable but it really does the job in how my neck feels in the morning. Support (4 stars) - for now, it is doing the job and I am hopefully but uncertain how well it will support in the future. Ergonomics (5 stars) - its shaped differently but it seems like the shape somehow matches what my neck wants.If you use a non-standard pillow now, you know what I am talking about when I talk about weird shaped pillows. I wouldn't recommend this for standard pillow users but if you are already using/considering a non-traditional pillow, this should be on the list of options you consider. I am only going to go with 4 stars because I don't know how well it will support longer term.

Having wrestled with neck discomfort for what feels like eons, this HushNights Cervical Pillow is a revelation. The memory foam is soft yet supportive, maintaining its shape through the night and across the seasons, without the usual sag or stiffness. Whether I'm a side sleeper or flip to my back, it just fits. Though it's better for back sleeping.The design with dual height options is clever. The lower end cradles my neck with a gentle slope, which is great on nights when I feel like my spine is as straight as a ruler. And when I shift to my back, the 'short wings' make it a seamless transition without needing to fuss with the pillow's position.The OEKO-certified, breathable pillowcase has been kind to my skin, and I love that it's a zip-off and toss into the wash kind of deal—zero hassle. Waking up without that telltale neck pain has been a game-changer, and for that alone, it's worth every penny.
