The "antique" style finish and size are good. However, case feels very flimsy. Not sure how long this item will last. Definitely more decorative (like in a shadow box) than functional.

Clearly someone took pieces from a pocket watch and slipped in a compass, but it makes for a lovely little accent piece. I got this as one of the suggested tools from Maya Toll’s “Night School” book and it fits the symbolic purpose perfectly - especially for the price. Very lovely piece.

I've always thought about getting a compass, especially when getting disoriented when out hiking in the woods. Not that that's ever happened to me... much! 😅 Thankfully, my gut always pointed me in the right direction, but it's nice to have something that is actually accurate 100% of the time... this is that! This is a beautiful, vintage-looking compass that's truly accurate. It would make a great gift idea for that outdoorsy person in your life - highly recommend!

Review for "Camping Survival Compass": This metal compass has some nice floral patterns carved into the top. It opens with a push of a button and inside the compass arm floats freely and easily into position. As I moved around the room, the compass quickly and smoothly adjusted to an accurate reading of north. The protective cover has a little window in the center that allows you to continue to read it while closed. It includes a metal chain that clips to the compass and can be attached to an edge of clothing for extra protection. Overall, a really nice quality compass to take on your travels.

It's accurate (consistent with the compass on my iPhone), pretty, and inexpensive. That's everything I'm looking for in a compass! I do love the vintage design, as it goes well with the pirate treasure chest hunts I create for my daughter!

I am always on the lookout for a good compass, and I may have found it here by SETRON. . The box wasn’t much to look at, but inside, WOW! This beautifully engraved vintage brass compass reminds me of a pocket watch, or something my grandparents might have owned. This is a quality and sturdy piece, it’s durable, and fits perfectly in my palm. You can use just the compass, or attach the included lanyard chain. This would make a great gift for travelers or timekeeper collectors, but I’m keeping this. It’s so attractive and timeless (no pun intended). Five stars! Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a nice looking compass. It is about the size of a pocket watch and is easily portable. The chain isn't overly sturdy though probably the equivalent of what would come on a pocket watch. The compass itself is highly accurate. How rugged and durable it is is yet to be seen. For standard hiking and camping, it should be ideal and useful for years to come.
