The perfect addition to my home gym! I couldn’t be happier with the quality or the product! The gloves are a perfect fit and the hardware for hanging the bag were second to none. From out of the box to my first punches only took about 30 min. Set up was easy and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some strength training/ cardio.

This punching set takes great force. Absolutely amazing product definitely recommend if you have anger issues or a lot of stress, great way of taking your anger out. Best 75$ I have spent in awhile I love it.

Got the heavy bag, wanted one for a while and the price was too good. Excellent quality bag, filled it with rags and it feels perfect. Decent gloves and good hardware. Absolutely love the timer too, my wife wants two more for just everyday household use!

I now have a fantastic setup at home, although this set would be great for any gym also.Firstly, the punching bag is incredibly durable. Gloves are comfortable and provide excellent wrist support.The hand wraps included offer the right amount of protection and stability for my hands.The skipping rope is a great tool, It’s lightweight and smooth.Lastly, the timer is a game-changer! The bag is unfilled and there are no directions so you don’t even know what you are supposed to fill it with.

This is a great set for starters, which is what I was getting it. It was a hassle and a good chunk of change to fill the bag with sand. But the added hardware and everything included was easy to have it and install on the back patio. I was worried the overall weight would weaken the bag lining, but it hasn't in the 5+ months I've had it and used it. The gloved fit very well, I get my 30min in almost daily, feels good, works well, holds up amazing. I just wish the kit came with something to fill the bag up already.

I purchased this for in-home cardio workouts. I filled the bottom with a 1 gallon bag of sand and the remainder with miscellaneous sheets and blankets (I did not want it to be too heavy with sand).Materials and bag are great quality and overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
