This is an excellent starter punching bag for your kids. The construction seems solid, and the bag has a nice liner for sand or other types of fill material.The included gloves are adequate for beginner martial artists/boxers who are kids.The bag includes all the necessary components to hang, but you may have to extend the drop if you mount it to your ceiling. A short piece of chain should do the trick. Check your local hardware stores for availability.

As it states this bag comes unfilled, no issue. Great quality bag with versatility in punching and kicking options with targets on it for convenience. The size of this is perfect for adolescence to teens. Works well great quality easy use.

This has been perfect for exercise and training. You do have to get your own filling so keep that in mind when you purchase it. The size is good for any young boy all the way to adult. It has been very durable and looks like a professional bag.
