I’ve been suffering from back and neck pain for many years and I have to say this is the one thing that has given me instant relief of back pain and neck pain one or two minutes a day maybe three times a day is all you need. Instructions are dead on and easy to follow. It’s is made of good quality and is very sturdy giving you confidence in its use. I love it. And it the best part it won’t break the bank. Recommend.

I thank the heavens for this product! I've been in very bad pain from what I believe is a pinched nerve (still waiting for the doctors to tell me something...) I was having difficulty walking and a couple of friends told me I needed an inversion table. I wasn't ready to invest hundreds of dollars for something I didn't know would work or not. So I found this very affordable table and gave it a try. I've been using it for a week and a half now and the difference is incredible. I'm walking better and the pain has subsided considerably. It's not a cure for me but who knows with time. It wasn't difficult to put together (took about 45 minutes) and instructions are O.K. to follow. It's sturdy enough and I have no complaints about the quality whatsoever. Definitely worth every penny!

I’m using this inversion table for mid and lower back pain. Unit is sturdy and has smooth movement. Easy to get back up when height is adjusted properly. Very easy to assemble, the wrenches that come with the hardware will bend if you really tighten the nuts and bolts so have a 1/2 combination wrench handy. The inverted stretch works for me, this unit has 3 angle settings for the back inversion if you don’t want to go all the way back.

Just got this delivered yesterday and put it together in an hour alone. Box says it can be done in 30 minutes but maybe that is using two people. Instructions are easy to follow but pay close attention to how parts and bolts are oriented so you don’t have to undo them in a later step. Tighten parts thoroughly so their is no give or play in them. Most difficult part of assembly for me working alone was supporting the padded table while trying to bolt it to the frame. I was able to use a stool to support it near to its connecting slide-in rails, which worked well. Have been using it for a few minutes several times today and love how relaxing it is and that it really does stretch out my spine. Hoping it helps reduce periodic disc problems I have had for years. Can’t rate the pain relief category yet. Time will tell. But so far, so good. Looks great, too.July 27th follow-up note: I have been using this for a week now and still finding it to be very helpful. Great product. Just wanted buyers to know to save the foam rubber sleeves that protect the rails onto which you will attach the padded table. Then cut them lengthwise and tape them over the two sets of bolts on the inside of the frame (i used a strip of electrician's tape) that hold the handles to the mainframe. When you invert to the 40 degree setting, your elbows may come to rest on these bolts which are uncomfortable unless you drop your arms so they fall below your head. Fine but that can pull too much on your abdominal muscles. By taping these rubber sleeves over the bolts you have a nice comfy place on which to rest your elbows when you keep your arms across your abdomen. Just a thought.

This inversion table helped me and my boyfriend so much with our backs, muscles and even knee joinds! We are using it every Day! My knee stopped hurting while I am driving since we start to use it! And it is a good quality product for it's price, totally safe to use (if followed by instructions) ! Talk to your doctor first before purchase! It has a lot of restrictions!

My sciatic nerve was relieved all day from just 1 use. So glad I gave this a try I really needed one of these. This one seems to be great quality with lots of adjustments to help better fit you. I can use this thing blindfolded it's so easy and comfortable. It's also a great way to start your stretches or yoga with I'd get it for that alone even if I didn't have pain. But espcially after a long day when back is stiff and sciatic nerve is acting up but just by hanging on this relaxed wow huge difference

The box came badly damaged but fortunately there was only a small scuff at the base of the Inversion table and not a reason for me to send it back. Very well crafted, sturdy, and really sharp looking. I have dealt with compressed disks for the better half of the last two years, and this wonderful machine finally allowed me to have a very comfortable sleep last night after only using it three times when I first assembled it yesterday. I will certainly save thousands of dollars from now on in Chiropractor bills. My Son used it as well after muscle pain in his left shoulder from a baseball injury, and was able to stretch the muscle to ease the pain using the Inversion table. Amazing results so far. I would add more stars if offered. This is a great better health investment especially if you suffer from back pain. Well worth the money!
