High quality set. There are so many things you can do with this but the main thing I do is for back relief hanging upside down which is much easier with this set than many other inversion gadgets out there.

I purchased this and when the bag was opened one of the handles had disintegrated and foam pieces fell out. No extension straps are included or are the four carabiners they mention! Very disappointed and unable to even set up on the yoga stand I purchased!!

I received it, it’s great and sturdy. But it is missing two extension straps and I can not use it. Amazon refuses to ship missing parts. I don’t know what to do. They refuse to fix their mistake.Update. Seller refunded me $10 and I bought the straps. Works well

Wonderful. I never thought I would love it so much, great for my body, straight, concentration, meditation, and exercise. I am in love with it. You just connect to any monkey bar. I can already see the results of the exercises I have bem going using it!

I’ve been doing yoga for a few months now and thought I should try to step it up. I just didn’t know how great this would be.The material in this hammock is one of amazing quality, very strong and extremely comfortable, the handles are so soft on your hands you can barely notice.The sewing job in this is very detailed in a way that makes sure it holds your body weight in the most comfortable way possible.This was my first hammock but I’ve seen others in a few friends’ places and I can definitely say that this is the best one so far.Needless to say, even my dog loves it!

I got it for my girlfriend because she's into yoga and she loves it!She's been playing with it since it got here a few weeks ago.She says it helps to get deeper stretches and it's fun to try out a new hobby.The only thing, it could come with a short book with instructions or something like it. So far she's been looking into YouTube videos to learn how to use it properly.Other than that it's great.It was a great gift and she's happy with it.
