Does the job well. The front panel is a bit soft and flimsy. Might bend out if there is a certain size cable roll inside the box.

I like that with this item, you just have to plug the incoming Ethernet cable to a plug in back. No need to connect each little wire. That's why I bought this plate. Looks a lot better than having a loose cable running through a hole in the wall.
