The product was fine. But it turned out it wasn't what I really needed for my issue. So I returned it. Nothing critical about it just it didn't work for what I needed. It's probably going to be great for someone who needs this type of equipment.

The upside is that it does as advertised. The downside is that if you need to be sitting on it for any length of time, it sticks to your but. I'm still working out how to stop this. Baby powder might work.

I ordered this initially so my guys balls wouldn't hit the cold porcelain of the toilet bowl. It worked great for that... And it's just a comfortable landing pad for any gender. Very comfortable to sit on. Easy to clean too, I rarely take the cover off. I set it in the bathtub, spray with disinfectant cleaner, use a little hand brush then rinse in the tub with shower head and let sit against the wall til dry

Does not really stay in place, and does not line up when in use. It did not suit with a weakened patient unable to manuver himself from bed to potty.

Good material over all! ( although I will point out that the straps that attach the seat underneath are a bit too long which makes it a tiny bit complicated to place-the least of my worries) I recommend, fits its purpose.

MY MOM (100 PLUS YRS) HAD VERY SERIOUS PRESSURE SORES ON THE SIDES OF BOTH LEGS THAT STRETCHED FROM BEHIND HER KNEES TO HER BUTT. I COULD NOT GET THEM TO HEAL' EVERY TIME SHE SAT ON THE POTTY CHAIR THE WOUNDS WOULD RE-OPEN. SINCE USING THE Blue Jay ‘Elevate Me Softly’ - Toilet Seat Cushion Riser, THE WOUNDS HEALED UP COMPLETELY IN JUST 3 DAYS! ! ! NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT SHE HASN'T HAD ANY NEW SORES DEVELOP. THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ELDER CARE OR FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND PEOPLE.

I ordered this product for my elderly father who needs both a softer seat and a little elevation. Unfortunately, with our enlongated bowl, the seat didn’t really fit well. It works but is less than ideal. I think it would be brilliant on a standard, round bowl. As we like the enlongated bowl we have, I’ll be seeking a different solution.

My caregiver used the velcro to put the pad on. I bought this because my soft toilet seat was getting holes in it that needed to be taped, which I assume usage will do to products like this too. There are no instructions and no way to message the company. I know it should be self-explanatory, but other companies can be pm-ed via this site or contacted in some other manner. I found it uncomfortable compared to just using my padded seat. I don't like not being able to close the toilet as I could with just my padded seat. It is difficult to use my bidet with the padded top. Maybe it just needs to be moved forward or adjusted. I don't feel comfortable sitting on it as a disabled person. It went back today.
