Love these shorts! They fit nicely and are very comfortable. Looking forward to cycling more often in them.

I was having a tough time finding cycling shorts that don't go beyond mid thigh (short inseam as used to be popular in triathlon shorts) and that aren't underwear. Apparently, this isn't a mainstream thing anymore. So I was very happy to see these shorts. I just got them yesterday and I'm wearing them now. They feel great and they look like durable quality gear. (I reserve the right to revise this in future.)How about some different colors for these shorter inseam cycling shorts -- blue? red? gray?

These are a padded bicycle short that is best worn under street clothing. They are low rise waist and short leg length. They are padded but minimally which in my opinion reduces the possibility of bunching up. There is minimal silicone on the leg and an elasticize waist. There is no frills such as drawstrings, buttons or cell phone pocket. I’m sure you could wear those as bike shorts but they don’t have adequate coverage IMO. I feel these fill a need for the average cyclist and I recommend this product.

I love the fit, style and color. It looks great on me, it's comfortable when I'm on my bike. The material is great. It also matches up with a bike shirt I brought separately.

These were my first padded cycling shorts so I didn't know what to expect. The first thing I noticed after putting them on was that the fabric around my thighs was loose, even though the rest of the shorts waere snug. After a couple of rides I noticed they slipped down a bit, reducing the effectiveness of the padding. I was able to fix this by clipping on a pair of suspenders, although the clips kept slipping off the slippery spandex until I applied masking tape under the clips. With this 'upgrade' I was able to ride for several hours much more comfortably than with regular shorts. My upright position on my ebike could explain the slipping of the shorts - drop-bar riders may have a different experience. Next I plan on trying padded bib-shorts to see how they compare.

For me fits slightly larger than the size measurements. Length seems a better fit for someone taller than 65 inches.Riding no problems. Put my phone in the back pocket for my rides. Stays there at least so far.

Started biking more lately. The padding is nice. It is not gel, but foam. You can see it on the inside. Still, they fit well and provide more comfort when riding. A good purchase, and the price was right to see what benefits bike shorts provide. Recommend it to a casual rider exploring that. Can’t say how they compare to more expensive shorts.

I wanted to wait until I got a few miles in these shorts before reviewing them, and it's been about 250 miles, so I guess it's about time.I was a bit hesitant to buy bicycle shorts at this price, but I was a bit strapped for cash after purchasing my road steed. Best concerns were the durability of the cloth, the stitching, the leg length, overall sizing, and -- of course -- the chamois. (That last one is the padding, for the uninitiated.)The good: The elasticity of the cloth and the stitching are both holding up well. They have been through the washing machine about a dozen times (hand wash cold, drip dry -- machine wash is okay if you have an agitator-less washer... don't ever stick lycra in the dryer, ever!), and they still look and act pretty new. (I always hand wash the first time, with the black dye and all...)The kinda bad: The leg length was a little disappointing. These shorts are about 1-2 inches than I would expect of them, but they still work for me, and the silicone at the end of the leg does a good job of keeping them down the leg. I really can't complain too much about this, but it bears mentioning. The bad: What everyone says is true; the size runs small. I have been between sizes but closer to medium than large, so I went with the large and they were a bit on the tight side. (I have since lost a little weight, making them close to right.) I'm glad I listened to those who said that you need a size larger. The Beautiful: It's not the best in the world, but the chamois is actually pretty good stuff. (Technically, it's fake chamois; nobody uses goat leather anymore.) I was afraid that the padding would not hold up well, but it seems to be as comfortable as my brand-name shorts. This padding also drips dry faster than the brand-name shorts. If anything, the outline of the padding sticks out and is noticeable up close if you are off the bike, in case you care about that. (I don't, 'cause I ride a bike.)Overall it's 4 out of 5 stars for me; ½ star off for the slightly short leg length and another ½ for the sizing issue. So if you're thinking about a budget pair, it's hard to go wrong here. Size up and get over the leg length, maybe.

Le padding n’est pas super confo. J’ai acheté de d’autres marques qui sont bcp plus confo pour des grandes randonnées.

To start, the overall fit of the shorts is true to size. I am 6'2" 190lbs 31" waist, and size Large felt just a touch roomy while going commando. This wasn't a problem for me and was actually preferred. What was a problem, however, is their comfort. Not sure if it has to do with the diaper-sized padding, but I feel like the padding did some damage on me during yesterday's 80 mile ride. It is much wider than the saddle, and feels rather as a giant diaper than a proper chamois. To rule out the discomfort from the saddle possibility, I ride a Selle SMP TRK ($80 on Amazon) saddle, which while hadn't been tested on such a long ride before, has held its comfort well into the 50 mile ranges. With the thought of possibly doing a century the other day, I decided to try out these shorts. Everything (except the giant diaper in under your shorts) felt fine up until around 40 miles / 3 hours. After that - comes what cyclist nightmares are made of. I felt extreme burning sensation from the chamois corners, perhaps from the padding being too large. It felt that the corners of the padding were cutting into my thighs, much different than saddle soreness we've all experienced. The pain grew sharper, but I needed to get home / complete the 80 mile ride. After 70 or so miles in these shorts, everything went quite numb, and I just powered through to the finish line.I must return these, since they've debilitated me for a few days, and look for a better alternative. There's a reason some chamois cost $100+ I guess.. If you ride 10-15 miles four times a week, these might work for you. But if the road is your second home, and 50+ miles are just another day in paradise - invest in yourself.
