This was defective caused overpreasure damaging the radiator. Had to replace the radiator and got an Aisin thermostat. No more issues.

Looked good, and I thought I was paying more than alternatives for a quality product. Was replacing my thermostat as a preventative measure while replacing a leaky water pump and doing a flush. Temperature ran a bit low at first but continued to drop over the following week. Eventually the engine temperature would barely register when it should have been warmed. Fortunately I had not yet disposed of my old stat (a Toyota original) and when I reinstalled it the engine temperature behaviour returned to normal. I will stick to OEM from now on.

Part is ok.The factory installed part was really well made by Toyota.I guess this is the tradeoff for cheaper autoparts.It works though.

I have a 2007 Yukon XL 1500. She was taking too long to heat up the cab. Swapped the thermostat out with this one and she's back to normal. Highly Recommend.

Had to replace the seal after about 2 months of use (would've been 5 stars). Noticed a small leak and tracked it to the thermostat housing. Replaced the seal (Would buy again.
