Yes original cost from Toro was $35This is a perfect fit.The charger plug is tucked underneath the key, right next to the ignition wires. You got to pull it out and unfold it to plug it in.

I was frantic when I couldn't find the charger for the lawnmower starter. I have arm injuries & have a very hard time pulling the starting cord, so I NEED the electric start. I was so excited to see a replacement on Amazon for such a reasonable price. It even has a light on it to let you know when it's fully charged, which the old one did not have. It worked great & I definitely recommend it.

Nice charger works well, fit directly to the connector on my lawn mower and does a nice job keeping my battery topped up.

This charger will not let you know when the battery is charged with a green light like the original did . The light will stay red . It seems to charge the battery but if it is left on too long it might also fry the battery .
