I got this for changing the bearings on my scagg mower. The bearings on the spindles can be a real bear to change and with this tool it makes it a lot easier. Just slip it in the hole, catch the race of the bearing and then screw down the nut on the flat washer that is on top of the bearing housing and screw it down. It walks the bearing right on out. For the price of the kit, you really cant go wrong having it in your tool chest.

The concept is good, but if the materials don't hold up to the task, it's just a garbage show. This is the case.

Did the job but deformed on the first job. And I'm not sure it will be able to last more than 3 uses.

This tool was absolutely wonderful in the box but now I get it out and actually try using it for one the washer started bending within the first 4 turns from there it just continued bending and did not do the job it was made for I absolutely loved the design and the idea of this tool but for heavier bearings say like I was trying to do which was rear differential bearings it did not hold up and ended up having to go buy a slide hammer.

First time I went to use this tool the pin holding the swivel with tabs to go on the back side of the bearing broke. I guess this is what i get for trying to save a couple bucks, looked like this was a decent set too.
