I was so disappointed by this product. It feels low-quality and doesn't even really do anything for me. It's tight enough to be difficult to clasp, but once it's fit, my silhouette is unchanged. It's also thick and grabbed at my clothes. I got this for a wedding, and I couldn't wear it without my dress bunching up.

First thing when I tried it on, it was not stretchy at all which is what I loved! The packaging came with the waist trainer and an extra strap. For reference I am 5’1, 120 lbs and have a short torso so I ordered 2xs 9” short torso in black. Currently my waist is about 24-25ish inch so ordering this size was just right! I placed in the extra strap bc without it the waist trainer does not even close half way lol but the extra did just the trick which is how it’s supposed to be if I want my waist to be at 21 inch. As soon as I tried it on, I was able to squeeze into the third hook from the extra strap. Once I reach the actual waist trainer on the other end, I will be at about 21 inch. Crazy how much this thing can squeeze me into. Although I did order the short torso 9”, in my pics you can see that my lower belly is a bit out and not being squeezed as much, i don’t know if I should go to a long torso waist trainer but as of right now, it fits right and def squeezing me in! It does not roll up when I sit nor does it move around.The ONLY DOWNSIDE, is the little irritation on the edge on the side boob area from I believe the heat and sweat. Other than that, all great!

I absolute love it, it’s so comfortable for daily wear! I got the 9 steel bone (remember to size down) - Compared to the 12 steel bone I find this one to be a bit more comfortable and I love that it’s shorter torso so sitting down isn’t uncomfortable at all.

OVERALL: This is my second waist trainer from them! This is an amazing brand! My first one is the 7in short torso one. I got this one (9in) because it wraps me completely. I’m 5’2 and I’d say I have a relatively normal torso maybe a bit small cause of my height but this 9in one is perfect! It covers the bottom part of my tummy and up to my underboobs. There is no back fat that is squeezing thru.MATERIAL: the material is perfect. This isn’t like those waist trainers that when you bend down or sit down it rolls up/down. This brand does a good job by preventing it by making it the material it’s made out of (100% latex I believe it said) because of its material there is not excessive stretching at all. Which brings me to the rating of the stretch. As a waist trainer it’s supposed to not have much stretch. If it was able to stretch as much as ppl would like then that would defeat the whole purpose of the product.SIZING: I would say their sizing is somewhat accurate. I’ve honestly eyeballed it by how it looks like and t shirt size I am. Also I feel like I have to say this, the sizing you got is not small/big! Some ppl say it’s uncomfortable for being the size it’s supposed to be, this is meant to burn fat/reduce size. This is also meant to be a stiff item as it also does help with back pain/posture. I feel like some ppl don’t know that if you’re a medium in clothes you can’t go straight to an xs. As someone who’s waist trains you work your way up to the size you want.

It runs small so I had to send back the black medium and got a black large in the 9" breathable style. It does come with an extender, but i prefer it to be a one piece. I like that this brand has a selection on the length bc of my height (5'2"), everything was so long for my torso which made it very uncomfortable to sit. I finally got the right length with this brand.A large was still tight at first, but I wore it to bed overnight and by the next morning, I was able to move the clasp to the next size. It fits just right for my torso and sitting is much more comfortable. I love this waist trainer so much that I'm going to buy another one in beige.

"Size chart is off! For 3xxxsmall. Measured it, and it was short 3in! Even while stretched. Dissapointed. Seemed good quality.Ended up getting the wrong size because the size chart is off, and unclear. 🤷 was 3in too small than what it's smallest size on the chart said it would be! Was too late to return. It seems good quality tho. So dissapointed, I won't be able to wear it.I may have been sent the wrong size? Idk. Will probably have to order proper size from a different place! Has a good build and looks like the pic! but its definitely not the size it says or was supposed to be! And I ordered the inches that matches my exact measurements! Not my first time buying a trainer! I simply wanted to go 1 size down! So Dissapointed, :( product was not the size, the chart said it would be.Pls fix The chart, and remeasure the trainers yall!! From small to - 3xxxsmall. They should be re-checked!

I found a review that's very helpful for me to pick the sizing. This waist trainer is good quality, I had an old waist trainer before from somewhere that's cheaper but the quality is not the same.I am 52 kgs and 5'4. Before using the waist trainer, my waist was 25.5 inch in the morning (measuring it without food/water). I bought XXS and I am glad I picked the right size. My waist is now 24.5 inch after wearing it for about 2-3 weeks, I only wear it when I go out for a walk/run. It was really hard for me to put it on at the start and I couldn't wear it for too long as my body didn't feel comfortable at all. However, after 2-3 weeks my body gets used to it and also my waist almost got smaller!!!

I wanted a cincher to snatch and give me an exaggerated waistline, my measurements are 32, 26, 34.I have the 25 steel bone (beige) in small and this is good for stomach compression and posture but did not give me the drastic hourglass figure I wanted. The 25 steel bone is way strudier and thicker than the 9 bones, which prevented it from molding my body the way I wanted. I don’t have a lot of stomach to “tuck in” so I found that the small was too big. Size down for this.I also bought the beige 9 steel bone in EXTRA SMALL. The 9 bone is filmsier than the 25 but way better if you want that waistline snatch because it looks more natural under clothes and hugs you tighter. I am happy I got an extra small in this. I could have even gone a size smaller I think.TIP: size one size smaller than the chart!
