So I'm 205lbs 5'7" average torso length. The material is very soft and just a right thickness to it. It absorbs sweat well so you aren't left with a sweaty feeling when you take it off, so be sure to wash it as you go.I'm losing weight, so I use these to help shape along the process. I wear an XL womens so I ordered the XL and it fits comfortably on the outer most hooks so I can track as I move it in over time. This is my 1st time buying this brand, I usually buy from Maidenwear, but even with not a long torso, it would dig into my ribs or under my chest and seemed short. This comes down nicely over my stomach and fits right up under my bra so there's no over spill from up top. And it has just enough compression where it's holding you without feeling too tight. If you have back problems, this is a lifesaver also because I often have back pain, but this helps, I don't know if it's the compression, being held straighter, whatever it is, but even when I'm sore, this has helped with making my back feel more comfortable and I haven't had the usual ache from my back while wearing it.I'll definitely be sticking with this brand.

I definitely recommend it, it is very comfortable and durable. I have washed it several times and it continues to compress the abdomen.

I have been using this waist trainer for a while now, and I love it! Unlike other corsets, it doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. In fact, I can wear it while working and moving freely without any issues. It provides great support for my back and gives me a sleek, flattering look. Plus, it looks truly awesome! If you’re looking for a comfortable and supportive waist trainer, this one is definitely worth trying.

I bought a metal and it’s soft starchy but still snatches your waist. I’m 180 and 5’3 I was able to get it on the 3rd hook. I loved it so much that I bought a small maybe if it’s me a little bit better than others similar to my weight and size because I have loose skin after weight loss surgery but it helps with posture. I can have it on for hours and no discomfort and it doesn’t roll up, which is phenomenal. And best of all the price.

This binder is so comfortable, but there are two things: 1) It’s best if you have a long torso. I do and the top of the garment digs in to right under the breast - which means if you have any sore spots there, it’s gonna hit them. And, if you wear an average underwire bra, it’s gonna fight with it. 2) I bought it early in my swelling and quickly realized I should have sized down. However, if you’ve had any work done on your back or underarm area, you’ll be compressing a ‘roll’ into it. I ordered a long line compression bra to see if this addresses the issue.Hooks are great (one came bent, but functional). Having a long torso, I had no trouble with the garment rolling up. Except for the length, it’s comfortable to sleep in and remind you during the day to do your part and tighten those muscles. Easy to wash and quickly hang dry.The nude is exactly the same. I only wish it came in shorter lengths.I’m 5’6” and ~160 (with a small waist) and changed the small for an extra small after 2 1/2 weeks of 360 and tummy tuck recovery.

When you first put it on, it may seem a little tight, but as soon as you get all of them snapped into place it’s all good. The material is very durable yet doesn’t make you hot. it is true to size and the different notches will allow you to adjust it once you get used to the looser ones. There was no smell too when it arrived, It was be very clean. It gives you the tightness and compression you’re looking for without limiting mobility. Definitely would recommend!

I’m a woman in my late 30s, 5’7, with a long torso. Clothing wise, I normally wear a 16 or 18 in jeans, 42F, usually an xl or 1x in t-shirts. My shape is pretty hourglass-y, just with some extra minutes. 😂 I bought this in a 3xl to give support and also to enhance how I look in clothing.Does it snatch your waist?Absolutely it does. My waist measures 39 inches. With this thing snapped on the first row of hooks and the elastic bandage parts wrapped around, my waist measured 34 inches. That’s a pretty remarkable difference for a $20 piece of shapewear.Material:It’s actually kind of soft, it was a little warm, but I didn't find it itchy or unpleasant. I had to lay down to do up all the hooks but it didn’t require any help.Does it roll up when you sit down?YES! One of my biggest issues with it is because it rolls immediately upon sitting. I don’t think it rolls because it’s the wrong size, I think it rolls because it is REALLY freakin short; sadly, this is definitely not made for those of us with long torsos.Because of the short length, if it is worn where it’s meant to be worn to give maximum compression to the waist, it will either create:1) back fat. Yes, your waist will be smaller, but the short length means it ends abruptly at the bra line causing an unflattering overhang of back fat, when without it, the back fat really isn’t noticeable.2) mummy tummy/apron belly/fupa - take your pick on terminology, but if you have a larger or hanging lower tummy, it’s just going to spill out the bottom. There was no way to pull this down more on the hips.Either way, if you have a long torso, it’s gonna be spilling out the top or the bottom. I’m still rating this as a 3/5, because it actually does work and would probably be phenomenal on a shorter torso, but for me, it’s a pass.Hope this helps 🙂
