I was very weary of buying a bathtub through Amazon. Was a great experience. Scheduled a time for delivery and had them place in our garage. The tub is a soaking tub and is deep which I like. We had our contractor raise the wall in front of it a little because before we had a garden tub where the fixtures were in the tub. This tub needed us to have the fixture in the wall. Also bought a black drain and overflow plate for this tub! Absolutely no complaints. Price was much better than other retailers for the same tub! Don't be weary of the Amazon buy for this. It worked out great.
