I used this for a vintage Tamron Adaptall-2 telephoto and it works well. For the Adaptalls a couple of mm smaller sleeve would be better, but a simple application of insulation tape makes this as snug as it needs to be. And you can remove it and use it on another lens, which is in the spirit of the adaptalls! I like that.
