I am in the process of making some cabinet doors. I routed the first 12 or 14 doors without any issues. After that the router bit didn't seem as sharp on the cross cut ends. It seems to stop cutting the veneer across the grain.

this bit produces a nice finished edge on doors and drawer fronts. Puts a professional look to your raised panel or flat panel doors and the drawer fronts. Be careful not to set the bit to high in the router table or you may cut into your hinge pocket.

This bit was a perfect match for the cabinet doors already in my house. I wanted a separate bit from the lower half of the profile, so that I could have flat sides but a beveled top and bottom (for pulling the doors open without handles). I also wanted a bit with a bearing, instead of trusting my fence to keep the edge perfectly consistent. The bit made a very smooth cut, and the doors came out perfectly.

This is a quality machined bit.. and it's a hard to find smaller door edge profile, that works well for cabinet doors with concealed hinges.Because Drawer fronts will typically need reduced stiles and rails, it is especially important that the overall radius of the bit not be too large.This is a good size profile for My custom cabinet doors and fronts.
