It fits my mower but it was a little smaller than original so had to bend my stop brackets a little and it did not come with a key for the keyway and I had to get a full bar of key-stock and cut it down because the original key was made into the clutch assembly 4 stars cause I figured the key would have came with or made into the clutch like the original
