The inside of the plastic binding foot came broken, causing the fabric to not feed properly and the sharp edges to snag on my binding and cause fraying. The foot is completely unusable due to this. The packaging it arrived in was completely intact and there were no plastic pieces inside the package, so it did not break in transit, it was sent to me that way.
