I prefer lighted power switches; they let you know when something is turned on. I needed one for a project I've been working on, and when I saw these, I decided they'd work. When they arrived, I looked them over. I liked the shrink-wrapped connections on the back of the switch, and a nice touch was that the pigtails, meant for connectors, were soldered, too. So far, so good. Then, it was time to wire my switch and adapt a standard household faceplate for the installation. First, I drilled a hole in the faceplate. A one-inch bit worked well, although I did have to trim it some with a rotary tool. Then I snugged down the large nut on the back to lock it in place. I opened the instructions and there was a very clear wiring diagram. I wired my switch according to the diagram, and then hooked everything up.It worked the first time, and there was no problem. The light on the switch is bright and clear, just like I wanted it to be. I'm pleased, and I can recommend these switches.

The switches feel durable and are pretty heavy duty for being so small. I used it as a manual toggle for my backup camera so I wouldn’t need to be in reverse to see the camera on screen.

I dropped the plastic battery from my Pedago eBike and broke the rocker switch protruding from the battery bottom. I was delighted to find that this round switch with large nut fit into the old switch hole perfectly. I cut the wires from the old switch and installed this one by splicing the wires into the battery wiring using waterproof wire nuts. These type of wire nuts are normally used in irrigation systems The switch comes with an adequate length of wire for splicing. I did not wire up the LED which is contained in the switch.

This are decent switches, they seem to be a more common plastic type switch that is housed inside an additional metal base. This means the threaded portion of this is all metal so can be relied on as being a more sturdy mounting solution. The threads are smooth and had no damaged or burred sections. The switch itself also works as expected, it can be setup to illuminate when "ON" or you can omit having the light on at all by simply not connecting the small negative wire. Wire leads come pre-tinned. Mounting hole required is 25mm or approximately 1 inch.

This switch is very well built, the case is anodized aluminum, the wires are soldered to the switch and the wire ends are tinned. Amazing what we can get nowadays from overseas.

I tried to upload pictures, but amazon is not allowing me to or its my phone, but the switches are about the size of a quarter maybe slightly bigger, they light up red when the switch is on. They are made of a durable plastic and have a satisfying click when you turn off and on, the wires are firmly attached to switch and are long enough for any project, simple set up and easy to wire in for whatever your project is.I am very satisfied, the price and quality is good.

I wanted to add a power switch inside my camper to turn my 12v converted Starlink on/off remotely. While it only draws 100 watts max, this switch doesnt heat up at all. The added light for the switch is nice as we always know what position the switch is in with a quick glance.

I am using this to add disconnect ability to my vehicle DC socket or cigarette lighter plug. Currently my vehicle DC socket is always on. Due to that I always have to make sure everything is disconnected, otherwise the battery will die overnight.I like switch, because one, it's cheap, two, it's durable, and 3 it has an indicator light on it. So what I will do is cut power to the lighter socket, wire it to the switch and then back to the socket. From there I will have the ability to simply flip the switch to turn the sockets off instead of having to always unplug anything. So this works and works well. It may or may not be easy to install based on your vehicle. For me with a base model older truck it was simple.
