Well, this is a piece of bent sheet metal with some holes in it, painted black. I installed it under my dash with a couple rocker switches in it, and it does its thing, keeping the switches from dangling around.

The hole for the toggle was wide enough for a standard toggle switch but you are forced to mount the toggle switch sideways if you intended to mount under a dash or something. I want to be able to toggle the switch vertically so this is not acceptable and I will be returning.

I needed to make a panel to attach two ON/OFF switches for my off-road lights. By switching them off it disables the light wiring under the hood. The lights can not accidentally be turned on inside the vehicle. First it is illegal to run off-road lights on the road. Second, I have covers on my lights and they will melt if they are not removed before firing up the lighting. This was the panel where I mounted my waterproof switches - and installed it on the fender well. Works great. I recommend this panel. Strong, small, easy to install.

Great piece for the price. Yes, it’s a bit thin but still sturdy. Not many products on Amazon that fit this use case. Came in handy for me!
