Complete waste of money. It doesn't do anything and it breaks down in 2 days. The company will not send you a new one or refund your money. It's a scam!

Arrived quick, well packaged. It has instructions on how to use it. I haven’t tried it yet and will update with the results. Can’t wait to try it out!Update: one of the pads keeps changing the intensity to the max on its own during workout

My husband is loving his new fitness belt! Works wonderfully, you can see the muscles flexing even in the lower modes. Has only been using about a week and already feeling changes in his abs and biceps. Great value!All functions are easy to switch too. Very comfortable.I like that it has multiple settings and you can feel the workout without actually having to work out

I returned a defective item in a box with a tracking number. I was issued a refund, but then I was recharged. This was a horrible product from a horrible company. I will be going to Amazon; they should not allow sellers like this.

The product is easy to set up and you can immediately feel the muscle burn around the area. The battery life is good and belt length is adjustable so your family members can all use it. Add this to your workout routine and you will see the results!
