HOW SHOULD I PLACE ELECTRODE PADS?
- Before you apply the tens pads to your skin, make sure the TENS unit is turned off.
- Place the pads 2.5cm (1 inch) apart on either side of the sore region.
- Avoid placing self-adhesive electrotherapy patches on sensitive skin, open sores, varicose veins, numb areas, or your chest and upper back at the same time.
- Avoid putting the pads directly on your joints since this will affect how well they cling to your skin and reduce the treatment's efficiency. Place the replacement pads below and above the troublesome joint.

- Over, or in proximity to cancerous lesions.
DO NOT use the replacement pads or TENS unit at all if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metallic or electronic devices.

There's a lot in the package but unfortunately the sticky doesn't last very long. If you use your TENS several times a day it wears off really quick.

This was such a great option for TENS unit replacement pads. The ones I had were getting pretty worn out, so as soon as I came across this 20 piece set, I was ecstatic! They're super sticky but not in a way where it'll cause irritation once you remove it from your skin. They work well with my device and I feel that my device is more effective with these new pads! All in all - a great option!

The packaging I received was very different from my last set with the actual Tenker stim device and what was advertised. Pads don’t last long but for the price you get a lot of them.
