This worked well on my Huskee LT4200, and fit perfectly. It's held up well, and was easy to installI didn't use the directions, but it installs as easily as the original came off. Much better price than ordering the OEM from a certified parts dealer.

I have a Troy Bilt Bronco and most of the parts seemed to fit. I would recommend a hex bolt (8) for the base rather than the screw they offer (which is similar to factory). Everything went well until I got to the washer at the base of the shaft. The diameter is wider and allows for play in the gear system that leads to jumping/stripping. There were two washers of different thickness, but both had same internal diameter.

Fit perfectly in my mower and made the steering feel so much smoother after the old teeth got worn down. All hardware was good quality and everything fit exactly as it was suppose to.

Great all around item..fit well...to install u only have steering wheel and side covers below to take off ..u can reach bottom bolt from below deck need a open end ...had no issue with item
