These are not 40 pairs. I ordered twice, got 10 pairs once, and 20 the second time. other than that, quality is good.

I have severe back issues and in my late 30s, wearing a bra put too much pressure on my back and was causing pain. I stopped wearing a bra unless I have to leave the house. These pasties come in handy when I have guests at home. It allows me to be covered without wearing an uncomfortable bra. They’re also good to use under a bathing suit top, however, I don’t recommend getting them wet. I forgot to take them off before getting in the shower once. After they became wet, they didn’t want to peel off. It’s like the adhesive became stronger. They left marks, and I had extreme itching, for several days after. No amount of lotion or anti-itching cream helped.

I’ve had these for a year and have tried them a handful of times before writing a review. Every time I use them, they remove with skin. I’m left with raw or blistered skin around my nipples where the adhesive was. It’s VERY painful. I used them for the last time tonight and was scared to remove them anticipating the pain. I removed them in the shower hoping it would be easier. It wasn’t and I was right - it was awful and I’m left with raw skin that I slathered in ointment. I will be throwing the rest of them away at this point.

UPDATE: Lightly put them on, pull them off, then firmly place them back on. This decreased the stickiness by so much I was able to remove them easily and without damage/pain after a 6 hour wear!!Great coverage and nearly invisible (40DD). Slightly larger than others I’ve bought which seems to help. Like other reviews I found them hard to remove. TLDR: Don't wear on back to back days, not more than 8 hours, try not to sweat, and remove with warm water and soap.On first wear there was irritation on removal (10 hours), but on the second day (12 hours, some walking in 80 degrees) even though I was gentle and slow they tore my skin. Soaking with warm water and soap did seem to help a lot the after the third wear (7 hours).

I have used these for the last 6 years, I hate wearing a bra but the girls are pierced. These have been my go to forever, however recently the skin around my nipples have become extremely sensitive when I use them. This could just be a sensitivity I’ve gained overtime but applying calendula salve helps the area quickly recover, overall I recommend these to all!

These are the best pasties ever and at a great price. If you having issues with skin irritation/damage it's becuase your not supposed to just rip them off and they have to stick enough to last the whole day. Before putting them on, prep the skin with lotion and let it dry, then apply them. If you wear them when it's hot they will be predisposed to adhere to the skin more. If you want to remove them hold the skin tight as if you were waxing with one hand and remove the petals one at a time until a few are loose and then start to remove the entire pastie. You can also use baby oil or water to loosen them up, but I find just using the above method gets them off just fine. I've purchased these many times.

Warning: maybe not the best for darker nipples, it's a little more sheer than I expectedI'll be honest with you, I haven't worn a bra since March 2020 when COVID told me I didn't have to. It's liberating, and I love my new bra-less life free of tit restriction. However, sometimes, you need some cover. SO I invested in these, and they work pretty well! They adhere easily and stay on for hours, they're thin but not too thin, and they're soft and not abrasive on your nipples. I got a 40 pack to last me several years, and have even offered extra pairs to my friends to try out (instead of those reusable ones from Victoria's Secret) and they liked it too!

First time buying covers in large quantity, used to always spend $$$$ for just a pair of covers. So in terms of price its great! However, quality is just okay, material feels very thin and cheap. But does the job, sticks on fairly smooth, a bit crinkly sometimes. Breathable and comfortable wear all day. The one gripe I had was the residual adhesive it leaves behind and this is after removing them, even showering I will still find some residual adhesive. Not difficult to remove. Wouldn’t not recommend but would try out other brands first.
