I'm a 36D/38C and these aren't for us. If you try to do any sort of lift, the breast tissue spills out of the sides of the circle, creating weird lumps, as you can see in my second photos. If you just use them as ripple covers, you can see the edges under thin shirts. These are really only useful if you need nipppe coverage, no lift, and under a thicker textured shirt.

These are great! Held my girls in place.I did need to tape my top so they won’t show these covers. It’s a lesson to learn. But these nipple covers really stayed all day. Very easy to use and a good amount of lift.

I like the fuller coverage. Easy to attach to breasts. The stickiness has been good. There is a small lift up of breast, however it does seem to start dropping a little throughout the day.I’m happy with my purchase.
