This look like every other CPR face shield. It actually comes with 5 though not 4. It does include the one in the clear bag.

I recently purchased this package for my family. The Mask contains a one way valve for CPR. This alleviates the fear of wondering if the victim is carrying any type of disease contagious or otherwise. Using this mask, I have no fears or worries. Best part the package is portable, attached to your key chain, so you have it anywhere, when needed. A great investment, hope you never have to use it, but if you do-its there for you! Save a life!
