Fit a tank for a JD L100A. Used white lithium grease to ease insertion. Rubber was fresh and didn't tear under manipulation. See how long they hold out.

Great quality used on my JohnDeere LT166 perfect fit , install the bushing first in the tank and apply a bit of grease to the pickup tube before installation if not it’s to hard and can break easy

I received and installed the new Bushing/Grommet. It seemed to immediately solve the problem of a leaking gas tank in my riding lawn mower. But 3 weeks later I began to smell gasoline fumes in my garage. After inspection I noticed that the tank was leaking again. [The mower had NOT been used or moved]. I took the tank to a repair specialist. They confirmed that the gromett had failed. I believe the grommets are made from a material that fails after being exposed to the chemicals in gasoline. As an experiment I put in a second grommet [3 in a pack] and then put a small amount of water in the tank and let it set for a few days. The tank did not leak. I wish I could return these for credit, but it has been over 30 days since purchasing them. I want others to be aware of this POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS issue.

Lasted for 2 weeks then rubber got hard and leaked gas all over garage. Bad product don’t depend on this product.
