I bought these for a stair rail in my stairwell. I needed something narrow, and I looked everywhere and found these. I got some 1 inch steel cut then and clear coated it. And had my handyman install the rail. It looks beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on it and it is solid. Then I needed a heavy duty bar for my rebounder, and I use them to hold another steel bar which is across my window, like a curtain rod, but it is strong enough that I can hang onto for balance. It also is beautiful and I painted the steel black so it contrast really nice with the chrome. I am going to make some long handles with them next time. They were very pricey, but really elevated the look of my projects. They will last forever. Very happy with my purchase and will get them again.

Very strong! Well made! Very nice finish and the best part is that it’s quite snug around 1” stainless pipe without any play.Since I installed it vertically (opening upward towards the sky), I hade to drill a 1/4” hole at the bottom for drainage, using new/very sharp cobalt drill bit, and I could attest to it that it’s good quality stainless steel fitting.*Im quite bewildered as to why another commentator here gave it a 3 star just because he/she ordered 2 and received only 1.What is that to do with the quality of this fitting?!?

The fitting is what I expected but half the quantity was not sent. I would otherwise give this a 5.
