These are not clean coupons, they got a thick mill scale. If you're doing TIG you'll need to prep them

Complete rip off, metal still has mill scale and rust. You're paying full price for welding coupons that have zero prep, someone just cut some cheap bar stock. You'll spend more time removing mill scale and rust then you will welding.Weld Metals OnlineMuch better price and their coupons are ready for welding.

24 pieces of steel to practice welding. I received this as part of a birthday gift. I hoped that it would include something for recommendations on what size welding rod or power level to use, but it was literally just an envelope containing the plates. I still think the product is definitely worth it if you need something to improve your welding techniques and don't have the ability to find scrap metal.
