Make sure your insert recess has the locating pin on the rear, not on the side. 2&1/2" X .100 thick. Please measure your saw as some Delta & Rockwell 14" bandsaws has slightly smaller holes for the throat plate. If so some slight filing or sanding may be required.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE::I have sold several hundred of these and occasionally someone will have the problem of it being a bit too large.First make sure the lip of the hole is free from dirt. If a table alignment pin, (located in the blade slot on the right side of the table), is not tight or missing, often the blade mounting slot will close up some over time which reduces the hole diameter slightly. I tap a flat head screw driver into the blade installation slot a bit to wedge it open. That should spread the insert hole enough for it to fit

I thought I might get lucky but had the same issue as most reviews. Much too big for a Delta 28-203. Since it’s too big to fit I’m not sure if it is also too thick. It also has a very cheap feel to it.

Perfect fit just had to make the saw blade opening a little deeper. Perfect fit on my Delta saw.

Way better than that plastic junk that I bought last time. I did have to regrind the edges to fit my bandsaw, but now that I got one to fit, it should be there forever.

Too large. Took a fair amount of filing to get it to fit the bandsaw that was listed as fitting. Not easy to make a disc smaller, at least for me. Neither disc fit.

Very poor quality. Flimsy construction not at all comparable with original Delta part. Did not fit. Was poorly machined and was too large for insert hole in table the bandsaw by about 1/32+ inch. Sloppy and terrible all around. Look for US-made alternatives on Ebay and elsewhere.

My saw was listed but it does not fit. Amazon made it very difficult to return. If it worked it would have been ok for the price of $25. No way in heck am I eating $25 or taking a grinder to things to make them fit. Spend your money elsewhere.
