I love how quick this chops and slices. Tried it with some bananas and strawberries. Easy to clean with the brushes provided and I love that it's comes with 2 cutting plates

Does a good job. I was impressed when I was able to dice an entire potato in one go. Easy to clean, doesn't take up much room in the kitchen. Not a bad little gadget.

Got this so my grandsons could help with cooking. They love being able to chop their fruits & veggies. Very sharp, seems well made and sturdy.

First let me start by saying chopping fruits for my morning yogurt can sometimes be a pain but this little gadget makes it easy. once you take it out of the box and wash it and set it up you're ready to go. This comes with two different blades, one for slicing and one for chopping, and also two little cleaning brushes. Set up is fairly straightforward, you put whatever blade you want to use along with it's mated plastic base and you start chopping. I use the slicing blade and I must say that it chopped my strawberries with use. I went through four or five jumbo size strawberries and when all was said and done there was no hassle. The fruit that you chop, stays held in a nice convenient cup which makes it easy to use. Is this a revolutionary game changer in the kitchen, no, but it definitely makes a slicing multiple items a little easier.

This slicer is really helpful in certain specific situations. It can easily cut through fruits like strawberries and grapes and certain other produce like mushrooms. You can quickly slice and collect the produce in the cup in one action, and then dump the sliced produce in your bowl. The only thing is, I don't think this will slice through tougher vegetables like carrots, and the produce needs to fit within the cutting area. This means if you want to slice bigger vegetables like cucumbers, you'll have to cut them into more manageable pieces first. If you're going to cut the cucumber into more manageable pieces, why not just cut the whole thing up at that point? Also, the bottom cover doesn't click in place, so when the slicer isn't in use, it constantly comes apart if you pick it up or move it.I can see this being really helpful in certain cases, like parents needing to quickly chop up smaller fruits, like grapes, for their kids due to choking hazards.
