Easy to use, love the fact that you don't need push down tool. Makes installing an ethernet port a breeze.

I should’ve just used the diagram on the keystone… it would’ve saved time. Some reviewer said it was inaccurate and it is if you’re comparing it to any rj45 jack diagram but this isn’t a jack, it’s a keystone.I’m finally getting to removing our cat5e cables from our OnQ telephone panel and terminating all our cables into rj45s. This particular keystone was removed at some point so I needed a new one as we prepare to upgrade to fiber. I checked some other keystones in the house and all were wired to T568A so that’s what I was going to do to this. Bcs of that reviewer I used the jack diagram but when I tested the connection it kept coming up as a crossover cable. I tried to turn over the keystone so all the colors seemingly match at the connection between the jack and the keystone. Still registered as a crossover. Since most keystones aren’t laid out in a column, like this one, I decided to just try the diagram as suggested on the keystone. Boom! Worked! Tests came out straight connection.Someone also said they weren’t sure how well the little plastic flap would hold the wires in place. If you insert the wires properly and press the clear flap down really well the wires grab hold SUPER WELL! The little plastic flap moves pretty freely but I sure did have to yank those wires out, hard, each time I tried a diff configuration.Pic is of the configuration on the keystone and that’s the configuration that tested as a straight connection. So far so good and I would recommend this.

I bought cheap RCA jacks and kept running into the port flapping because of them. I replaced those jacks with these and haven't had issues since. The diagram was easy to follow, the only critique I have is the clamp expects you to snip the wires up to where the wire is in place - I would've liked to see small notches to allow some give for the wires to sit further out (or the clamp would cut them as it slid down into place). Other than that they're the lifesaver I needed after the headache of running the wire itself.

Works as advertised. No instructions may cause a bit of discomfort for some, but its pretty straight forward. The tool does the job as well. My first attempt I had "no internet connection" and thought maybe I didn't get a wire pushed down far enough. Decided to remove the wires on the ports, one at a time, recut, and reattach, worked like a charm after the first port. I added 50 feet cat 6 cable between jacks plus 6 foot and 12 foot ethernet cables and no loss of download speed.
