This product is not serviceable. The shaft is attached to the blade. Gross black gunk accumulates and can’t be cleaned inside. You are left with gross things coming out of the shaft. Customer service won’t help you either. It also cannot blend anything hard because it will “damage” the device. Buy something else.

I like the simplicity of the design and function. It's great for smoothies. You can store it with the provided lid, or travel with it, as the lid has a spout for drinking. I had a Beast before this and I liked it, but the motor burned out after 2 years, and it did not get heavy use. I decided to look for an alternative and I am happy with this purchase.

First use of blender was to make cashew cream. It’s not bad. Did the job okay, but was a bit frustrating. Controls are preset, and limited. The machinery overheated fast, but some of this might have been my not making a runny cream sauce. It is better than the Vitamix that I bought in 2017 from Costco, which is annoying to wash, and not any better, maybe worse at creaming cashews and such. And, this new blender is cute, much cuter sitting on my counter than the Vitamix. The rating rests somewhere between 3-4, but given this is only my first use, I’ll round up.

While it was working it was an excellent blender: powerful, easy to use and clean, stylish. But after only 2 years of using it occasionally (maybe 2x week) it stopped working. Very disappointing, especially at this price. Something else for the growing trash heap.

I use it when I travel to Europe. It’s so convient to pack into my suit case in its existing shipping packing it arrives in from the factory. Easy to clean and very powerful compared to some smaller blenders I have used in the past.

This is the best of many blenders, both personal and larger, that I have purchased over the years. It is powerful, does not leak, is very trim and modern-looking, the container and blade mechanism is easy to hand wash, and the mixing container can conveniently be used as a cup. Despite the somewhat higher price point for personal blenders, I highly recommend this thoughtfully designed and manufactured product. Hopefully, I will be able to report the same things a year from now.

After my Beast Blender stopped working four months in, I was looking for a similar style blender for smoothies, occasionally blending soaked cashews for sauces. This is really easy to use, blends smoothly, and has a smaller profile than the beast blender. Not as aesthetically pleasing on the counter, but it works well! Easy to rinse blades as well as blessing vessel after use. Really like that the buttons only illuminate once the blending vessel is fully “clicked in” too.

Ordered this for my daily juice blender for my morning smoothies. Used it on average 3 x a week. Six months later the motor burned out. Next purchase will be the VitaMix- much stronger motor. For $100 I would expect it to last longer than 6 months! I did like the ascetic of the blender on my counter and it was easy to clean but big disappoint it did not last! Do not buy if you are looking for a daily blender- won't last.
