My daughter uses this every day to practice tennis. The ball is quite soft, making it suitable for beginners, and it doesn't hurt if it hits you. The coach also highly recommends it.

My grandson wants to play tennis and regular balls bounce too much and are also to hard. Since he is so young, I found these balls and they have the perfect bounce height for him. HE is progressing well and will be ready in a short while for the next level ball. Highly recommended for beginner or very young starting player. Remember they are not as tall and don’t need balls bouncing over their head.

These tennis balls get the job done. I’m not sure if they’ll get the job done over time but they bounce perfectly with little fray for now.
