NOTE:

The reason for no pressure: it must be the check valve failure.

There may be something stuck on the check valve so that it fails to lead to no pressure, check the check valve with or without foreign objects, and then clear to install back to the right!

The pump immediately leaked at the unloader ! It also pulsated every two seconds at the unloader . Pump is defective so i am returning it .

I didn't change the bolts or the key cause it was identical to the one that I had that was bad. Fixed in ten minutes. Used it three times for several hours already. I think the key to keeping water pumps going is spraying them with a pump conditioner between uses.

Lined up the key in the shaft, screwed up the three bolts, re-connected a couple hoses, fired up the engine and it ran like new.

It was 3 bolts y'all! Slide it off the shaft and put the new one in with the keyway lined up, off and on. Do not buy another pressure washer! Change the oil while you're at it, too;)

First pump was garbage, didn't work at all. Returned for replacement . Second one worked two times and then quit working. Junk pump, haven't been able to return it yet.
