My son is a small 7 year old and the small fit bc his uniform was big. I would recommend smaller size bc they run big.

This one has worked out very well. Did have to stay true to size for best fit as u dont want it to be too loose or it won't stay in the correct place it's needed for.

My son bought this to give him a little extra protection when playing baseball. He would miss grounders that came screaming at him because he was afraid they would take a bad bounce and nail him in the chest. Now that he has the padded protection he has the confidence to field any ball coming at him. The best part is, the material isn't hot and bulky. This has been a game changer for my ball player.
