I ordered these baseball underwear for my 12-year-old brother, and he absolutely loves them! He finds them comfortable enough to wear all day, and they do a great job of holding the cup securely in place, giving him extra confidence when sliding into base. Additionally, the padded sides, give an added sense of safety for sliding. While the product description mentions "compression," I would say these have more of a spandex-like feel rather than true compression. If you're looking for something with strong compression for added support, these might not be the best choice. On the plus side, they held up well after washing in cold water and drying on low heat—no shrinking or fabric breakdown. Overall, a solid choice for young athletes, just keep in mind that the compression level is minimal.
