So far I have used this kit twice to perform cleaning maintenance on my Qidi Q1 Pro. Both times the kit proved its worth. I had a piece of TPU stuck in the extruder and without the long cleaning needle being strong and flexible I would have had a very hard time maneuvering the piece of TPU. The build quality of the cleaning needle, brush, and steel cleaning needles appears to be high. Further testing will be required to test the durability, but in my two maintenance sessions all the tools functioned properly. For the price, it would be hard to find a better nozzle maintenance kit.

YOOPAI 3D Printer Nozzle Cleaning Kit - Already saved a 0.4mm nozzle with this, so it's paid for itself. The handle design makes it easy to use without burning yourself. Needles are properly sized and the storage box keeps everything organized. The copper brush is effective for external cleaning without damaging the nozzle. If you do any amount of 3D printing, having a proper cleaning kit like this is worth it. Much better than improvising with random tools that might damage your nozzles.

Do not buy this! The metal is so soft it bent with a little bit of pressure. Buy a different brand.

This is a handy set of tools to have on hand for when you eventually get a clogged hot end. You get a large 1.5mm cleaning needle to push your filament down, a wire brush to clean the outer part of the hot end, and 10 thin needles that can fit into the hot end nozzle. The nozzle needles are tiny, so you’ll need to have decent manual dexterity to not poke yourself or to damage them. The kit didn’t include any instructions on how to use the set, but there are plenty of on-line videos on the process. Keeping my fingers crossed to delay the inevitable.

Handy little kit with the needles for un-clogging a nozzle. The kits most useful tool is probably the pusher rod! The brass bristle brush is a little sparse and the bristles are a little too long to really effectively clean the nozzle. But it does work if you're gentle enough. Otherwise they splay out to the sides and don't stay pointing all in the same direction. Kit loses a star simply because the brush is really not that great. The pusher rod is firm and pushes out the pieces of broken filament pretty effectively, and because its stiff, it is very easy to use. Just don't forget to release the tensioner pulley before ramming this thing in.

I have a hotend that likes to clog and this fixes it every time. For the absolute worst clogs I will not only heat the hotend up, but heatup the tip of the rod on the clog clearer with a butane torch, if I do that it will push/melt through any clog no matter what part of the filament path it is in. You do have to be aware that if you have to resort to this you could melt the ptfe tube insert in your hotend if you have one, then if you damage it you will need to disassemble the hotend to replace that section of tube but I haven't had this happen yet after having to resort to heating the tip a handful of times, and even if I did, it beats throwing the hotend away due to a clog that can't be cleared. If you need this often look into increasing the cooling on your hotend or lowering your printing temps, but sometimes with heated chambers and high temp materials you may not be able to do that, and if that leaves you with a clogged hotend, this will fix it.

This is a nice set of nozzle cleaning tools. I actually want to give it 5 stars, but I cannot for one reason. I don't even think its important, but the large 1.5 mm needle (the one with the rubber handle) is not the same as per the description and photos. The 1.5 mm "needle" that I received has a blunt tip (see photo), whereas the description text and photos indicate it should be a pointed needle. In this case I really think the blunt edge is better, but it would not be right to give 5 stars for such an obvious discrepancy. If no other reviews call this out then my guess is I received the bad one that got past the QA inspector. That said, the rest of the kit is great:2x needles .5 mm*3x needles .4 mm*3x needles .3 mm*2x needles .2 mm*1x "needle" 1.5 mm with handle1x brass bristled brush1x storage tube*By my measurement, all of the needles measured .01 mm smaller than described, which could be caliper error or by design. Nonetheless, the .4 mm needle slipped nicely through a new .4 nozzle.Overall I'm glad to have this set in my workshop. I dread the day I have to use them, but I will be glad to have the tools at hand.

The set includes a brass bristle brush for cleaning gooey filament off a printer nozzle, a package of acupuncture needles for cleaning nozzle tips, and a ramrod for de-clogging cool end, hot end issues. The tip of the de-clogging tool is rather sharp, so keep this stored away from children as it is essentially a small, pointy sword. The items work as expected, nothing more and nothing less to say. Not very expensive and serves an important purpose as tools one will need in 3D printing.
