I can't believe I'm reviewing a tiny, plastic disc, but these are seriously wonderful. I find that our 1.75/1.8GPM shower heads don't have quite enough pressure, while 2.5GPM is just too much and uses too much water. These 2.0GPM flow restrictors are truly the 'Goldilocks' zone of 'just right'; good pressure and water-savings.The package comes with three different diameters to fit different sized shower heads. So far, the 15mm size has fit all of our hand showers. I put one in a shower head that had no flow restrictor at all and way too much pressure, and I removed the 1.8GPM restrictor from another and replaced with one of these and now it's prefect.I have bought two sets of these thus far and I've had no issues at all with these and no odd sounds or anything like that, as some others have said they experienced.They are easy to install; just find the correct size to fit inside your shower head, then insert and carefully press it down until it seats inside. It may seem like it just wants to sit at the edge, but if you press it a little it will slide down inside and fit snugly. Just make sure to press it evenly so it goes in straight.These are reasonably priced and I plan to buy at least one more set for now to change another 2.5GPM hand shower I have to 2.0GPM.Thanks for making this product! I highly recommend it.

None of the 3 pieces that came fits my shower head and one got stuck inside! I tried taking it out but was impossible.

To be fair, my bathtub has a very shallow drain hole. With that said, this does reduce the amount of water that comes out without reducing the pressure. However, the tub still fills up with water around my feet by the time Iām done with a long shower. Although, it does not fill past my ankles anymore, it still fills up. If your tub or shower drains water quicker, this will help to conserve water without losing the quality of the pressure.

Worked great. The three size pack fit different shower heads. Moved up the flow in two shower heads and moved down the flow in one. Now all three work great.

It works well, glad I had three different sizes to find the right one. Our water pressure seems to be too high, the restrictor produces a loud high-pitch noise of the water flowing through. We took it out again.
