Your cart is empty.Create you own custom bevel rail and stile doors using the Yonico 12247q Router bit set. These bits can be used with stock between 3/4" and 7/8" thick. These bits have a cutting depth of 3/8" and 1/4" shanks. Rail and stile door construction has been around for centuries and is the most common way to build doors for cabinets and furniture. Our rail and stile router bits will enable you to create your own frames for frame-and-panel doors. Cope the ends of your rails with one bit, and then switch to the second bit to route the inside edge profile in all your door parts. Now the centre panel can be inserted and the door can be assembled.

The first time I used the bits, I got the results in the first picture. I sent a message to the seller, Precision Bits, who sent me back a response the next day. Jonathan sent me an attachment that showed samples of fit and explained that I needed to remove one of the shims between the groove cutter and design cutter on the profile bit. I did that and got the results shown on the door in the second picture.This was my first attempt at making panels and I'm extremely happy with the results!

Please do not buy thease bits, Rail Bit was warped out of the box, poor quaility, ruined the bearings in my router company unwilling to compensate! pay the extra and buy high end bits do not make the mistake i

I am not a pro, but know my way around a router. This set is great. I have only made three panels so far, but they are working like bits that cost a $100 more.

Works well for the price. Gummed up quickly and had to be cleaned before the job was done, but that could be attributed to the wood I used.
