Stretch your legs out in front of you, supporting yourself with your arms behind you on the floor so that you are steady. Inhaling, raise your left leg and your right arm simultaneously. Lower them back to the ground on the exhale. Then repeat with the opposite pair. Continue for 3 minutes.

Of course green tea is EXTREMELY beneficial for health! I’d read on “Consumer Labs” that this one is recommended. For potency and lack of pesticides, etc.

Basically it's a nice mild green tea, but if you're trying to eliminate caffeine completely from your life (a good idea for many health reasons) be aware that although it says "decaf" on the package, it then states that each bag still contains 10mg caffeine. I've been told that it's not possible to remove all the caffeine in green tea, but the "decaffeinated" label is a little misleading. Still, if you're trying to escape the problems that coffee brings it's a good substitute. If you drink coffee or strong tea get ready for a subtle taste, not one that smacks you in the morning and lets you down later. You can get that anytime at home.
